Hi, my name is Lisa and I’m Chief Nutty Officer of the Nutty Squad.
We are located in North Carolina, where I live with my husband, two daughters, and our super-hero pups, Toby and Remy. Welcome to our world of peanut butter creations and exciting new superheroes.
How did it begin...
Food is my passion, especially sweets!
I spent time in the kitchen experimenting and I learned how to transform one of America’s favorite spreads into flavorful creations infused with delicious ingredients.
Does your peanut butter have a smooth or crunchy texture?
Our peanut butter is creamunchy!! It’s the perfect blend of a creamy and crunchy texture.
What is the shelf life of your jars and how should they be stored?
Nutty Squad jars are good for about two months after opening. It is possible to keep them for up to 6 months if they are not opened or refrigerated immediately upon arrival.
Your peanut butter jars weigh how many ounces?
There are 16 ounces in each jar.
Can you tell me what the nutritional information is?
All of the jars have specific nutritional information and can be found on the website under each individual flavor. Please note that products are processed in a facility where egg, milk, soy, wheat, and tree nuts are used in the production of other products.
What about Oil Separation?
Since our butter bases are made with all-natural fresh premium roasted nuts, oil separation is normal. Stirring the oils will help them naturally blend, however warmer temperatures do also result in natural separation.
The best way to store unopened butter jars is upside down. As a result, you won't have to mix your jar more than once when you open it.
Is there a refund or exchange policy?
Due to the small batch nature of the company, refunds and exchanges are not possible. Nevertheless, we strive for customer satisfaction, so please let us know if you have any problems. All individual's taste buds are different, so we cannot guarantee that you'll love any particular flavor.
What is the reason for the high number of sold-out products on your website?
The products are made daily and take a lot of time to make. Providing top-quality products with fresh ingredients within a reasonable turnaround time is our mission. Due to this, our products are limited and often sell out quickly. It is important to keep in mind that new flavors are always being added and will be announced at random.
How do I place an order?
You can do it directly on the website. It will let you know if the flavor you want is available.
Can you tell me when my order will be shipped?
The products we ship out must be of high quality. For this reason, orders can take up to 7 business days to ship. A notification will be sent to you once your order has been shipped so you can track its progress. In some cases, delays are beyond our control, and you will be notified.
Can you tell me where you ship?
Currently, we ship to all 50 states in the United States.
What do I do if I haven't received my order or an order notification?
If your package does not arrive or you cannot find an order notification in your e-mail, please contact us so we can investigate it. It is possible that notifications will be sent to your "junk" or "hidden" folder if there is a shipment delay.
