Returns

If I am not satisfied with my product. Can you please let me know if I can exchange it or return it?

Hey there! We're a small batch company and unfortunately, we can't accept returns or exchanges. We understand that this might be disappointing, but we hope you can appreciate that all sales are final. We're always working hard to make sure our customers are happy, but we don't offer refunds for the following reasons:

  • Have you ever tried something that just didn't quite hit the spot for you? We get it - we all have different tastes! So if you're not loving the flavor, don't worry, we've got plenty of other options to satisfy your cravings. We all have different tastes!
  • We are sorry to hear that the product you received doesn't look exactly like the photos on our website. Please don't worry, though - this is completely normal! While each jar is produced to look like the website photos, settling can occur during shipping, and during the hot summer months, the toppings may melt due to the high temperatures during delivery. Unfortunately, we don't have any control over the handling of packages throughout the shipping system or the temperatures during delivery. But we're always here to help, so please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you!
