Cranberry Lemon Tart

Thanksgiving gets a citrusy sparkle with this cranberry-lemon dessert.  Layers of our homemade white chocolate peanut butter, shortbread pieces, dried cranberries and lemon chips.  We finish it off with a touch of smooth lemon frosting and yogurt covered cranberries.
