Coconutty Caramel

We had to recreate one of the most loved cookies of all time! We start with our homemade white chocolate peanut butter and then we layer caramel, coconut caramel cookies and semi-sweet mini chips.  We take this treat to another level by topping it off with more caramel sauce and shredded coconut!
