Oatmeal Cream Pie

This wholesome treat is a lunch box favorite! We start with our homemade honey roasted peanut butter, cinnamon swirl, and soft baked iced oatmeal cookies.  Then we top it off with a dollop of vanilla frosting, cinnamon and white chocolate chips.
